Strategic planning helps organizations understand how program inputs and activities directly relate to outcomes, and it supports continuous program improvement and outcome measurement. Services include:Evaluation Goal-Setting- Answer to the question: What does your organization need/want to measure? Articulation of basic program goals, intended outcomes and evaluation objectives for your intervention. This also includes the development of evaluation research questions. Evaluation Framework Development- Development of an evaluation framework (or logic model), resulting in clear programmatic objectives and outcomes that describe what the program is and will do, and how investments and activities relate to results/outcomes. Evaluation Planning- Evaluation planning for a comprehensive product or program intervention. This includes developing the evaluation framework from concept to a plan that details specific outcomes, indicators, assessment instruments, target measures and timeframes for delivery.
